Not receiving verification email
  • Check Spam/Promotions
  • Resend after 5 minutes
  • For corporate emails, ask IT to whitelist: pussho.app

File upload isn’t working

Ensure the file is under 10MB and in PDF/JPG/PNG format. If on mobile data, check signal and retry.

App feels slow
  • Clear cache and relaunch
  • Turn off Low Power mode
  • On older devices, keep “Data Saver” on and limit background apps
Reset or change password

Use the “Forgot password” option on the login screen. If you’re already signed in, go to Settings → Security → Change Password.

Messages not sending

Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, toggle Airplane mode or relaunch. DMs are end‑to‑end encrypted; occasional delays may occur.
