Yes, core features are free. Optional premium features (like appointments) may come later, but the basics remain free.

Only two roles: Pet Owner and Doctor. No other roles.

• Tap “Create Pet Account” on the homepage
• Fill pet name, species/breed, age, color, gender
• Add a profile photo and you’re set

Tap “Join as Doctor” and submit KYC + license. After review, you’ll get the Verified badge.

Switching Pet → Doctor requires verification. Otherwise, we recommend creating a separate account.

• Stories auto-hide after 24 hours
• Reels support Like, Comment, and Share
• Music and stickers are on the roadmap

Use the post/comment menu to Report, Mute, or Block. Our team reviews and takes action.

You can restore from Archive within 30 days. After that, it’s permanently deleted.

e-Prescriptions and Appointments are on the roadmap. For now, community guidance is available.

Name, age, gender, color, breed, vaccination and medical history, ownership history, reminders—everything in one place.

In Vaccines, tap “Set Reminder”, choose date and advance notice. You’ll get push/email alerts.

Yes—DMs and group chats are end‑to‑end encrypted. You control profile visibility and who can comment.

Yes. From Settings, you can export (PDF/JSON) and request deletion. Once completed, data is purged.
