Yes! You can create a separate Doctor account if you're a verified vet. Both accounts can coexist under different emails or phone numbers.
How long does doctor verification take?
Typically 2–5 business days. Our team manually reviews your license and credentials to ensure authenticity.
Can pet owners answer medical questions?
Pet owners can comment and share experiences, but only verified doctors can provide official medical guidance in the Vet Panel.
Are there any fees for accounts?
No! Both Pet and Doctor accounts are completely free. Future premium features may be introduced, but core functionality will always remain free.
What if my verification is rejected?
You'll receive an email explaining the reason. You can re-submit corrected documents or contact support for assistance.
Can I manage multiple pets in one account?
Yes! One Pet Account can manage multiple pet profiles. Each pet gets their own profile, medical records, and vaccination schedule.
